The Wellness Corner: How Do You Stay Healthy Every Day?

Who out there in our Emeryville community has a story to tell about something they do to stay healthy while leading a busy life?

I would like to invite our readers to share their tips and tools for healthy living at the workplace and beyond. Here are a few criteria to get the digestive juices flowing. What tips do you have for:

1. Packing your lunch with as little waste as possible and as much nutrition and good taste.

2. Beverages that are tasty but not soda.

3. Snacks that help keep your energy up throughout the day.

4. What do you do to stay fit at work and reduce stress from working at a computer?

5. What programs are available at your work place that help keep up your moral, energy and motivation going?

6. What support systems make the most difference to a great day?

7. What places do you go to assist your well being?

8. Who are the most influential people in your life that assist in improving your quality of life?
