CHAMBER OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS NOMINATED FOR NEW TERMS

The Emeryville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors accepted the report of the Board’s Nominating Committee for new Chamber officers and directors. The Board’s decision was unanimous.

Officers of the Chamber Nominated for a Two-Year Term, October 1, 2007 - September 30, 2009, are:

Chairman: Jason Crouch All Emeryville Properties

Vice Chair: Kurt Brinkman Intrepid Electronic Systems

Vice Chair: Mason Myers National Holistic Institute

Secretary/Treasurer: Liz Altieri Altieri Consulting

Immediate Past Chair: John Gooding Quadric Group

Nominated as members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors for a three-year term, October 1, 2007 - September 30, 2010, are:

Chris Coan Ex’pression College of Digital Arts

Jason Crouch All Emeryville Properties

Jeff Given Courtyard by Marriott

Kurt Brinkman Intrepid Electronic Systems

Gina Moreland Habitot Children’s Museum

Mason Myers National Holistic Institute

Any Emeryville Chamber of Commerce member in good standing may submit a petition with alternate candidates for the Board of Directors. Such petition must be signed by at least four (4) other Emeryville Chamber of Commerce members in good standing and must be received at the Emeryville Chamber of Commerce office, 3980 Harlan Street, Emeryville, CA, 94608, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 20th, to be considered. Please note that a separate petition signed by at least five (5) Emeryville Chamber of Commerce members in good standing must be submitted for each alternative Board candidate or officer.
